I am a very ordinary writer. Even in that I am more interested in scientific approach than imaginative writing.
Theme: Social consciousness.
Why: Since that is the only cure for the current capitalist, fleecing society.
My literary genre: Story, poetry, and essay.
Influences:
Literary: Progressive literature
Environment: In a way, the economic conditions of my family. As long as I could remember, the inequalities I noticed in the society.
Persons who encouraged: None in particular. If you insist, I can mention the magazine editors. And they are naturally concerned about readability. For that reason there is more volume than quality. (Do my writings fall under the same category?!?)
My personal opinions in regard to my writing: Naturally they do appear in my writings. Writing without personal feelings is like working without a sense of responsibility.
My favorite writers: Sri Sri, Ravi Sastri [Racakonda Viswanatha Sastri], Gopichand, Veerendranath, Malati Chendur.
Counter argument [disappointed in?]: Kitchen brand writings. I hate women writers. For. example, Jonnalagadda Lalithadevi. [And] Sulochana Rani who is producing one thousand pages of chaff per month in the name of direct novels. (Am I looking like a split?)
The things that get my attention in literature: Language, characterization, the beauty of ideas, reality, spontaneity, and social awareness. (I am not saying all of these qualities are present in all writers).
Are there writings that can be specifically called 'female'? : Yes. There are writings like that. In what way? In their point of view, extent and strength..
What did the women accomplish? "Sajjalu" (in the language of Gopichand).
What are the features in the writings of women that are attracting the readers? : Despair, fantasy, escapism, high-brow mentality, descriptions of unlimited wealth.
Sorry if I disappointed you [sic].
